Bring along 5 to 250 of your troops for a day of brains, brawn and brilliant fun at Peebles Hydro. Your personal team building coordinator will put together a plan to get minds buzzing, bodies working and morale building. With 30 acres of grounds at our disposal, there’s no limit to what you can do. Not particularly outdoorsy? Our function room is your very own indoor activity space.

Mind Benders

The clue is in the name, where we incorporate a variety of different challenges to test your mental and physical abilities. We have also considered the unpredictable, Scottish weather so you can play this no matter the weather. You’ll have a choice of six mind-boggling activities to choose from: will you take part in un-tangling yourself in the spider’s web or undergo separation anxiety, it’s up to you. Mind benders is a great way to bring a team together as well as improving communication skills.

Duration: 1.5 – 2 hours.
Numbers: 6 – 120 people.

Bubble Football

Bubble Football or zorb-ball or zorb-football; whatever you want to call it is fine with us but we know you and your team will have the best time.

Everyone will wear a giant bubble and if you can stop yourself from laughing, you might be able to score some goals – that’s not if you haven’t already been taken out by your opponents. It is a physical game, it can get tiring from all the laughter and there will be a referee there to help get people back on their feet as well as to keep that vital score.

Kilts will swing, cabers will fly and bagpipes will sing to create the Scottish atmosphere of our Highland Games. On the lawns of Peebles Hydro in the heart of the Tweed Valley, you’ll feel like a true Scotsman.

It’s suitable for all levels of fitness and includes some physical, individual events before everyone comes together to enjoy some head to head challenges. And if anyone feels they need to have a breather, its nae bother – just choose the best in their team to represent them.

If you know, you know, and for those that don’t, let us introduce you to the world of inflatable assault courses. Take your teams back to a time where inflatable assault courses were the highlight of weekend TV. A high energy and physical game, it is based on point scoring where your teams will clamber over inflatables and various challenges. Bring everyone’s sense of adventure and fun to build on their teamwork skills, where the winner will be chosen via the ultimate showdown. Truly unforgettable.
